"I'm a great believer in luck. And I find that the harder I work, the luckier I get."
(Or some variation - whatever)
Chasing dreams, man. Keep working. Might work out, might not, but I'll never look back and say I didn't try my damnedest.
@GamersWeekPC I remember when I was a kid there were a few occasions that my family's church pastor babysat me. She had a Nintendo but the only games she had were lame-ass bible games. 🙄 I tried em out cuz there was nothing better to do and....
Noah's Ark was my muhfuggin jam.
@Retrogamebrews Definitely had this growing up. Another victim of mom's yardsale fanaticism - "you never play with it anymore" - if only she knew we could have paid for college with all the awesome stuff that was given away for pennies.
@GamersWeekPC This is a weird one - but when the game makes your character go slow at times as part of the narrative or interactive cutscene. You have to walk or crawl of something and it's meant be immersive but really - just take control of my character and give my fingers a break ffs
@GamersWeekPC SimCity in 2013 - totally misunderstood their audience and packed the game with so much bloat (and the "always connected" requirement). That game truly paved the way for Cities: Skylines to come along and take full control of City Builders.
