Both of these examples, enemies of one another - hating on Stellar Blade Bloodrain for two very different politicised reasons.
One accuses Shift Up for “selling out” because a Tomboy “looks too androgynous” hence its “woke”.
The other accuses Shift Up of being “predators” because the MC does not look middle aged enough and hence “must be a child” to them.
But one thing they both have in common.
They’re Western Politically-addicted accounts commenting on works from different countries and cultures.
The more different they are the more they stay the same.
Stella Blade was such a fun experience with great gameplay and a banger OST but it’s shame it’s forever gonna be reduced to annoying discourse by everyone involved
@luscielia As for the cheeks, some Asian women have more pronounced cheekbones and cheekbones, as well as a shorter nose than average. Regarding the eyes, I'd say it's more to better resemble the character of Gally from Gunnm, from whom Evie seems to draw a lot of inspiration.
@luscielia For example, my cousin, who is Korean (adopted), long retained a face that could appear childlike even though she was over 20 years old, which made it difficult for her to access alcoholic beverages.
@luscielia Compared to a Western female face, yes, but compared to an Asian woman, it's more in her twenties; Asians generally have rounder faces than Europeans, which can give a childlike effect.
@HiddenBushi If the game does indeed take place after the first one, then I think the story will likely unfold in the colony with Earth's inhabitants launching a series of attacks against the Mother Sphere because it's the cause of everything, and Eve trying to stop them and uncover the truth
