It's bittersweet to leave, but I am excited for the future.

This is a very difficult tweet to write. Extremely sad to share that Howard Berg passed away this morning. Howard was a highly influential biophysicist, a charismatic yet humble man, a beloved mentor to many, and a role model to all who knew him. Rest in peace, Howard.

@spinespresso I have not see the paper. Does it have an ethics statement about experimentation on animals? Do they identify the institutional and/or licensing committee(s) approving the experiments?
