AI to create video content? I’ve been experimenting with AI to craft professional-looking videos, and yesterday something just clicked! Instead of fighting the quirky side of AI, why not lean into it? We’re an AI company—it’s in our DNA. Check out one of my latest creations.
I love that landscape design… but what are those plants?! 🤔🌿 That’s exactly what our users asked for—so we built an AI-powered plant list generator! Now, any design idea instantly becomes a real, actionable shopping list.
We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with @thumbtack ! This collaboration aligns perfectly with @neighborbrite's mission is to empower everyone to design their ideal outdoor spaces and seamlessly bring them to life. (cont 👇)
At the same time, we’re serving landscapers—among the least disrupted—by connecting them with new customers. This adds anti-fragility to our business model and positions us strongly for the long term.
AI disruption is reshaping industries—and at @neighborbrite , we’re embracing the change. Our strategy is designed to address one of the roles most likely to be impacted, as highlighted in this chart 🧵
We’ve built an AI Landscape Designer that can ideate, visualize, and provide horticultural recommendations, innovating in roles high on the “disruption” list in this chart.
No “I have suggestions, let me know if you want them.” Just immediate value. With AI-generated noise increasing, the real differentiator is effort that delivers upfront value—whether it’s human or not.
The best outreach I’ve seen came from a UX design company. They sent me a Loom video walking through our website with specific and useful suggestions for improvement, face on camera. I hired them on the spot.

You know you're onto something when your startup (@neighborbrite) does a much better job than @Apple at a key AI use case featured on their latest Keynote 🤩
At @neighborbrite we got 12k registered users in just 2 months after our launch. Investors and fellow founders often ask me how we did it. Two things: (1) find an online community with your users (2) Be helpful and show how your product solves their problem.

This blend of “generate and repair” coupled with thoughtful user experience is key in creating AI products that are not only advanced but also truly enriching and user-centric. Do you have good examples of AI companies doing the "repair" journey well?
I’ve spent over a decade helping build AI products at @Google and recently at @neighborbrite , my startup. Here's a mistake I see companies making over and over when building an AI-powered product: They focus on "generate" but forget "repair". Let me explain - thread 🧵
