@LinkedIn @LinkedInHelp has the worst customer service. My son's account is restricted. My son has to be the one that has to request the help, he can't because the links they have sent are not working unless he is logged in. He can't log in because it is restricted.

They reached out. They had my son open up a social media account. He then reached out to them from that account and they never responded. I guess they don’t care about optics. @LinkedInHelp and @LinkedIn doesn’t really care to help.

@LinkedIn @LinkedInHelp So my son had to create an X account to contact them. Add to that they told me that it will take 3 to 5 business days to respond. They had previously sent me a message to respond so they could help. I guess it is all based on extended times. Worst support ever.

We are in a circular conversation with them. They said there is nothing they can do unless the request comes from him. I then asked them if they can provide an email where he can email them from his account. All communication was closed. So urgent to get this fixed.

@craftsman Craftsman I need help with a warranty issue. You call the 888-331-4569 and nobody answers. The authorized repair shop that was working on it, was told by you that it can't be fixed. Bought it less than a year ago? Where Is my replacement due to defects? Need resolving

@RepTimRyan maybe your office can stop robo calling my 12 year old phone every two minutes. I called your office and was told it was removed. But he keeps getting calls every 2 minutes. We don't even live in Ohio. STOP HARRASING MY SON. HAVE YOUR OFFICE CONTACT ME NOW.
