@MikeMedFly @brianofarabia 2/ yeah I get the issue with the freight trains that was my main concern when I got this place but don’t regret my choice. Depends on what your tolerance level is like. Shame there isn’t a timetable so you can view at same times as freight trains

@MikeMedFly @brianofarabia 1/ I think the last pax train in the evening for me is normally around 12:30-1am! First train about 6am. There is I think 2 ish freight trains later than that but it’s never woken me up and been in this place since April. But you can hear it and I do notice the freight trains.

@MikeMedFly @brianofarabia Also probably 4 freight trains each direction a day through Altrincham but not sure which way they go after Altrincham but assume it’s the same line

@MikeMedFly @brianofarabia If it is on the Stockport to Chester line then passing mine there is one every 30 mins or so. There are freight services that pass my place in AltrinchamI live probably 10-15 metres from the train line and yeah I notice it if a freight train but can’t say it bothers me.
