@CoinbaseSupport After that, I received the notifcation "Looks like you are away..." AGAIN! I Was in the chat, and my chat browser had been open the entire time. The third customer support employee is currently reading up on the chat. I'll update the thread as soon as I get kicked again.

@CoinbaseSupport EXCEPT IT WAS!!!! It had my abbreviations + my last name, which is the only common way for your name to be stated on letters/statements sent by the bank. After saying that that's standard in the Netherlands and both of my banks do that, she didn't reply for ten minutes.
