@SouthwestAir Just wanna give you a shoutout for the one time my suitcase accidentally wound up on the next flight. You immediately knew where it was and credited me $150 for the inconvenience.
Thank you for sane customer service policies.
@AmericanAir They sent me online, so that was a waste. Your company said it’s normal for suitcases to have giant punctures in them and for wheel housings to get ripped out.
Hey @SouthwestAir and @united - I’ve never had those issues with you. Do you agree that this is normal “wear & tear?”
@AmericanAir Hey if you come across the entire wheel for a Samsonite in either DCA or Philly today, it’s probably mine. Thanks for breaking my suitcase!
@moamwater I guess throwing the plate off and putting cones in the hole is fine.
Should we drive on the curb to get into the driveway or just drive through the cones and hole you left behind?
@moamwater I’m not publicly posting my address to Twitter.
They let me out on their break. I’ll wait for the local office call as there are other concerns to assess that haven’t been resolved.
@moamwater They said no.
I called support and supposedly someone from the local district office is supposed to call back.
So I just can’t leave my home again.
@MDC_online I just wanted to share some photos from my garden today. The @audubonsociety event this spring gave me some of the plants that are making pollinators happy.
I can’t wait to grow this out more next year!
@RepublicService Already called to request they come back. The last time this happened, I was told they would not and to just wait another week because your recycling centers are closed to the public.
This tweet was just to draw some attention to the issues.
