My name is Lukas Simianer CEO of #VetClaimsAI, I bled for this country, I earned my Purple Heart, and now I’m suing the VA
The VA is telling me I’m not allowed to help our veterans get the care they’ve earned.
I can’t let that happen so I’m going to court to stand up for my brothers in arms 🇺🇸⚔️

@slipandbleed How so? We aren’t perfect but organically growing to 9,000 vets a month via word of mouth and funny ads doesn’t happen unless people win with us. Feel free to dm or respond what happened and I’ll dig in
WE ARE #2 TRENDING ON X IN AMERICA RIGHT NOW! 🇺🇸
This is happening. The momentum is building, and Americans are beginning to stand with us.
Every day, an estimated 15–20 veterans take their own lives. That is unacceptable.
I founded #VetClaimsAI to help my fellow veterans access the benefits and care they earned through their service. Care our nation promised them.
Now we're fighting to keep that mission alive.
We're trending because people are finally paying attention. Let's make sure they hear us.
Stand with us. Share this. Keep it trending. 🇺🇸
Hey @VP@potus, getting rated is the most painful part of getting out of the military. Some people avoid it for years and/or want nothing to do with the military after. People who work for reputable companies like @vetcomm and @VetClaimsAI that streamline the process and make things easier for vets with a modest fee- this shouldn't be stifled. Competition with VSOs should be encouraged as another avenue, as some VSOs are good, some are bad, and some just aren't available for months
Shoutout to @RenzTom for calling this out.
I didn’t sue the VA for fun. I sued because they told me I can’t help other veterans learn how to get the benefits they earned after I bled for this country.
Knowledge is power. They don’t like that. We’re not backing down.
Why is the VA trying to shut down a Purple Heart veteran who’s successfully helping other veterans get the benefits they earned?
@Lukas_Simianer (https://t.co/OEmJWEmR5D) is a combat vet who started a business to educate and guide fellow vets through the broken claims process. They’re actually getting results.
They don’t want anybody to know how to beat the bureaucracy.
This shouldn’t be political. Trump, Republicans, Democrats—all claim they support vets. This is pure deep-state / bureaucracy protection of the status quo while veterans struggle.
Appalling.

@Lukas_Simianer@SecVetAffairs@DeptVetAffairs Someone needs to meet with this man and do what’s right for our veterans. Too many of them are falling through the cracks. Thank you. 🇺🇸
@RenzTom@Lukas_Simianer Veterans should have choices when they need claim help. Free services matter but don’t work for everyone, and private help shouldn’t be treated as a problem if it’s transparent and actually helps veterans navigate the process.
