We’ve been discussing the decline of American adults that hold to a Biblical worldview and considering what it might take to help people turn from their own personal truth to The Truth, Who is the Person of Jesus Christ. George Barna reports that the Cultural Research Center’s (CRC) annual American Worldview Inventory developed a list of Seven Cornerstones of a Biblical Worldview. They conclude that a person must adopt each of these seven beliefs in order to develop a consistent lifestyle of biblical thought and action. What does that mean?

THANKFUL THURSDAY
Though the days are evil, the Lord covers His people. Wherever we are, He supports us, He rescues us, He delivers us. Fear may try to grip us, but when we rejoice in the Lord, we find ourselves in a spacious place! We can trust Him. Let us give thanks for His goodness today!

That towel move is a real physical therapy technique called a self SNAG, and the speed of the relief tells you something most people never learn about their own neck. Muscle tissue takes weeks of loading to actually lengthen. So when stiffness vanishes in a few seconds, the muscle was never what changed.
What changed is the signal your brain was sending to it.
The small facet joints stacked down the back of your neck sit at roughly a 45 degree angle. When one of them gets irritated or stops gliding smoothly, your brain protects it by clamping down the surrounding muscles. That clamp is the stiffness you feel. The tissue underneath is usually fine, it's just being held under orders.
The towel edge hooks under one vertebra. When you pull forward and up along that 45 degree joint plane while turning your head, you glide the joint through the exact motion it was refusing, with support the whole way. Your brain gets live evidence the movement is safe and drops the clamp. Physical therapists do the same glide with their thumbs and call it a SNAG, short for sustained natural apophyseal glide. Brian Mulligan, the New Zealand physio who developed the method in the 1980s, designed the towel version specifically so patients could run it on themselves at home.
Which is why years of stretching can lose to thirty seconds with a towel. A stretch tries to overpower the brain's grip. A glide convinces it to let go.
Your hosts, Lorie Meynig and Barb Bucklin welcome back Rashad Smith to share his prophetic perspective on the new year, 5787/2027. You'll want to hear and be prepared to inquire of the Lord as to what He would have you do to prepare and be positioned to step into your greatest hour!

On the last day of the feast that Jesus stood up and cried out:
“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”
John 7:37-38
He used words that would have been familiar to the crowd, words that had been spoken by the prophets, Isaiah and Joel. The Jews would understand the imagery of living water as meaning “streams of life” or the “river of God,” but He was releasing greater revelation. He was speaking to them about being the Messiah that was among them to give them the Spirit of the Living God. Jesus was declaring that He was the fulfillment of Isaiah’s and Joel’s prophecies.
For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring;
They will spring up among the grass like willows by the watercourses.’ Is 44:3-4
And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. Joel 2:28-29
Jesus was speaking on the Sabbath day about entering into Sabbath rest through Him. Their offerings would no longer be useful because He was about to complete the ultimate sacrifice and offering on their behalf. He had come to earth to dwell among us to show us His salvation! On this special Sabbath, the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles, let's remember that His invitation still stands...enter into His rest, cease your striving, learn to flow in the river of God.
Blessings of Shalom!

During the 7-day Feast of Tabernacles celebration, each day the priest would take the long walk from the Temple down to the pool of Siloam carrying a golden pitcher. A procession followed him singing praises to God. The priest would draw water from the pool in his golden pitcher and carry it back up to the Temple. There he would pour the water in the basin that was for drink offerings. Normally, wine was poured into this basin, but during the feast wine was poured into a different basin at the same time the water was poured. While the priest was pouring out the water, the people rejoiced, singing praises to God, and shouting the verse from Isaiah 12:3, “With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation” and from Psalm 118:25, “O Lord, do save, we beseech You; O Lord, we beseech You, do send prosperity!”
Jesus celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles. On the last day of the feast, Jesus stood up and cried out:
“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”
John 7:37-38
Jesus, keeping a low-profile until the last day of the feast, waited as the anticipation built throughout the week. The people had been declaring what they did not yet understand. Their minds were set on a natural harvest, but Jesus was giving them access to the spiritual rain that would produce a life-giving harvest in their hearts. He stood up and cried out! Imagine the passion He felt standing in their midst and making Himself known as their salvation. The Hebrew word for salvation is “Yeshua.”
Jesus was inviting them to come and drink deeply of His well of salvation. In Him they would find complete forgiveness, healing, wholeness, provision, protection, and purpose. In receiving His salvation they themselves would become a deep well, filled with life, joy and provision for others.
Today, take time to meditate and rejoice in Yeshua, the Life-Giver! Let Him minister His salvation to you and be filled with joy!

Tonight begins the Feast of Tabernacles, the seventh feast on God’s calendar, celebrated in the seventh month and lasting seven days. God is speaking through His calendar, saying that this feast represents perfection and completion of His Work. On the seventh day of Creation, God rested.
During this Kingdom Era, God is looking forward to resting with His people in the celebration of all celebrations! We must align with Him and His times so that He can bless us with His very best. He will show us what to do if we will trust Him in everything, if we will rest in His Presence.
The first and eighth days of the feast are Sabbath days indicating the time of rest. This year, God appointed this sacred time to actually begin on the weekly sabbath. This is the fifteenth of the seventh month of Tishri. Fifteen represents freedom, grace and honor, in addition to rest. Freedom, grace and honor befit us as we enter into God’s rest.
God put a strong emphasis on completion and rest for the Fall Feast season. We must know that the era has changed, we are in the Kingdom era and God is going to teach us how to fully enter into HIS ways. His calendar and His feasts, including a weekly sabbath, are up front and center in His heart. Let us be obedient and joyful to learn His ways, though we may have to give up some of our sacred cows! Begin to inquire of the Lord what this rest is going to look like in your life. It’s not about being inactive, it’s about not striving in our flesh.
Thankful Thursday
As we are entering into the Feast of Tabernacles, let us celebrate and give thanks that Yeshua is our dwelling place and we are His. We are one with our Savior, we are "in Christ," He is our resting place. Everything we do should come from this place of Rest!

FRIENDS, 5787—YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE THIS.⚔️
"The golden year of the crown and sword". We are in the Hebrew decade of the PEY—the mouth. And when you look at 87, there is an incredible prophetic picture in the Hebrew word PAZ (פז)—PURE GOLD. The Hebrew letters pey (80) + zayin (7) total 87. Zayin is also traditionally pictured as a sword, which gives us this striking imagery of THE MOUTH, THE SWORD, AND PURE GOLD.
And then look at Psalm 21:3: “You set a crown of pure gold (87) upon his head.” 👑🔥
The Hebrew word translated “pure gold” is PAZ—פז. Its numerical value is 87.
COME ON, SOMEBODY!
What a prophetic picture to carry into 5787!
