"The cyber attack seems like a very possible scenario because it's a way for the banks to absolve themselves of any role in a a financial crisis."
"It's an easy way to consolidate banks so only systemically important ones survive 'the hack.'"
@Jacob_Naviaux So true. I sometimes wonder if my market of West Tennessee is uniquely worse than other markets when it comes to sellers being flakey or cold feet. Twitter reminds me that every market is very similar.
@Jacob_Naviaux Just a weird market. We have houses that are getting bought up quick by retail buyers (30-60 days). Then the house that we thought would sell within the first week took 6 months to sell. We always price aggressively
@Jacob_Naviaux Not the juiciest, just the most recent. We have a few going at any given time.
Purchased for $198k in April, put ~25k into it, in escrow to sell for $290k in July
Roughly 45-50k net in 3.5 months
I never went to the house lol
@Jacob_Naviaux Damn thatโs pretty good I canโt beat that lol. Yeah we have a few rentals that we have a line of credit against. Iโd love to get your guys contact for our overflow deals. Will he lend on deals in TN?
