@WhatEvenIsThisG@stevebowyer84 Hand on heart? Yes. I watched Telford win the league under Liam Watson and it was terrible. It was an awful watch and I called the style out game after game. Others must have felt the same because we couldn’t even sell the game out we won the league. It’s game of opinions though
@WhatEvenIsThisG@stevebowyer84 Strange response. United awful up until Amorim went and our identity had been ripped up. Much like Slot has done to Liverpool. Arsenal used to be known for exciting flowing football. That tonight was a sad sight, but if you enjoy watching it that’s the main thing.
@WhatEvenIsThisG@stevebowyer84 Because Arsenal sat with 11 men behind the ball and didn’t play or take risks - Arsenal didn’t try to win the game - they did what they’ve done all season. Rely on set pieces or a moment.
Why are the British media hyping that Arsenal performance tonight? It was dross. Yes they may have nullified PSG and completely killed the game. But they offered nothing, 28% possession is madness. Arsenal can play football they have the players but this season they opted not to.
Bukayo Saka completed four passes, did not take a shot on goal & did not create a single chance in nearly 85 minutes of the Champions League Final before he was substituted.
Would've been a travesty if Arsenal had won the biggest prize in the game playing like that.
Absolute embarrasment of riches at their disposal and they play football that just destroys any entertainment.
Fuck them. Fuck Arteta aswell.
