🚨Brighton man to stand trial for attempted rape of two-year-old girl🚨

Jack Winstanley, 22, of no fixed address, denies attempted rape and causing grievous bodily harm with intent on the toddler at a Hove flat in March 2021.

The offences allegedly took place in Clarendon Road; he is on conditional bail with no contact to the complainant.

Three-week jury trial set for April 12, 2026, at Hove Crown Court.
