There are a million metrics and that’s why a voting panel that can take them all into account could be the best option.

In dynasty fantasy football, tanking is inevitable bc u need stars just like the NBA is driven by star talent rather than depth.

Max PF as a metric allows the worst teams to get the best picks in rookie draft. Why not apply a similar idea to the NBA?

Tanking problem in NBA seems nearly unsolvable. Every solution has to do with not giving the worst teams the top picks.

The NBA could go with an out of the box idea and use a voting panel or stat based method to decide the worst teams? Seems crazy but it would stop tanking.
