Very disappointed that @dreamlodgegroup@Dreamlodgehols has cancelled our New Year’s Eve booking less than 2 weeks before we were meant to go. Also to be told we can’t get a refund until the new year is absolute rubbish. #dreamlodgegroup
@British_Airways shocking customer service. Been waiting on a refund of €5550 for two weeks despite being assured it would take 48 hours. various emails have been sent throughout chasing an update without reply and your ‘customer relations’ simply do not answer the phone.
