Self-image is critical. I’ve lived both sides.

Had an ELITE mindset where mental toughness came natural… until it didn’t.

From 100% CONVICTION and BELIEF in myself to complete lack of confidence and a broken human in an instant.

Without learning the tools and spending time on it, it’s hard to get back.

I’ve come to believe the MIND and SPIRIT are MORE important than the physical, especially with our youth.

Grateful for the mentors who’ve guided me in ALL areas. Not sure where I’d be today without them.
