@robstaton ...and the breed long term success we need to thing long term.
5. What is happening with training ground ground? Its well publicised the buildings are poor. Do they plan to improve this and to attract players long term? Investment in the pitches appears to have been a success
@robstaton 3. Are they going to back or sack MH? If they dont back his vision for the club then they need to sack him. Fwiw I think MH is on the right track but it's fallen apart in last month with things beyond his control.
4. Why move away from a DoF model? Its the modern way for culture
@robstaton not sure what Kieran is on about here, watched a different game to me! Thought we were excellent today. Nombe, Wilks, Mcwilliams, Humprhrys all excellent. James didn't stop running. We are starting to look like a team with a pattern of play. Subs made us worse though
@KiranExley Wondered why he was taking it on when it came in, easy choice was to leave it for Dawson. Great bit of play that mist will have missed #rufc
Rishi Sunak has been hit by a new Brexit catastrophe as talks aimed at reaching a trade deal with Canada collapse in acrimony
Now Government Ministers can’t wait to tell us what a fantastic job they’ve done on other trade deals
It is of course complete boll****!
@MillerExo I said the same thing yesterday. It feels like we are playing by different rules to everyone else. The enjoyment of a level playing field for underdogs has sucked the life out of going to #rufc games and the chairman has let us down massively as a club and fans in the last month.
@robstaton But that doesn't neglect from needing a long term strategy and vision. When the next manager leaves, who continues the role with the players left. Every new manager should fit into a strategy/philosophy and long term you would hope it allows us to build and stabilise
@robstaton With sacking MT we should have already identified who we wanted who would have been better for the club. It looks as though we sacked MT then decided to look and ultimately ended up with a manger who on the face of it is no better than one we sacked (I hope he is more successful)
@JustinPeach27 Just to add. This doesn't even begin to mention how poor and inconsistent refereed have been against us this season. At times it has been beyond a joke at the decisions given for and against us. Perspective is required.
@JustinPeach27 We are where we are at the moment. It's probably about right, the quality hasn't been there but there are reasons for that. If we can get a fully fit squad, there is half a chance we stay up. Still, not bad for a team with a mid table League 1 budget. 3/3
