This body cam footage is extremely shocking.

You can hear Henry Nowak’s pleas about being unable to breathe.

And you can hear how the police dismissed them and failed to take action to try to save his life.

This is not just about knife crime. This is about police failure, poor police training and anti- white racism.

Who is going to be held accountable for this scandal?

[Luke Butterfield @LukeJB02]

@FabrizioRomano Right choice in the end, no point chopping and changing managers as we’ve done for so many years needs the backing of the club now and get a few big players in

🐎The Furlong Fellas showdown🐎

It’s simple… but seriously competitive.
The competition follows a Champions League–style format:
🔹 You’ll be drawn into random groups
🔹 Compete head-to-head against others in your group
🔹 Every round counts as you battle for points and position
Once the group stage is complete, the top performers move on to the knockout rounds — where it’s do or die. One big performance and you’re through.
⚔️ Group battles.
🔥 Knockout pressure.
🏆 One winner.
Bring your best tips, stay consistent, and back yourself all the way to the final.

Who can join?

🤦‍♂️ To the anti horse racing brigade…

It’s intruiging that you pop up for one day a year. These horses, these athletes are trained to peak condition because of horse racing and nobody loves them more than us within racing!

If they don’t want to run there is nothing a jockey can do to make that happen. But top quality horses prove that they enjoy it on the simple fact that they are able to repeat top notch performances time and time again. No horses came out of the Grand National with fatal injuries and we have implemented changes to ensure the race is as safe as possible.

I guess we’re see you on this day next year yet again… and won’t hear a peep from you in between.
