@virginmedia another day another lie no phone call from you or email still no broadband or tv after a week if you are thinking about joining don’t it’s a joke take your money and no customer service follow up
@virginmedia new customer install last Weds man said sorry the correct wires have not been installed so can’t do it. So no broadband / no tv three kids thanks Virgin great start for a new customer is any one going to actually install this not heard anything but taken my money
@virginmedia Last week and they said they were sending out a cable but the Virgin man said it needed to be the broadband team that installed the box not heard anything since last Wednesday really not good
