Say there’s a seat w a bad seatbelt. Wouldn’t it be easier to pay one passenger to get off the plane than screw up everyone else’s day? Is there any intelligent life at @AmericanAir? It’s not a mechanical issue (take all the time you want on that). It’s a, repeat, a seat belt.
