@Azariel91 In most neighborhoods & HOA’s the cans are owned and provided by the garbage service provider. THEY own those garbage cans NOT the woman who was mentioned.
I wouldn’t be upset if someone threw something in “my” can UNLESS they came inside my garage to do so. This is absurd ‼️
