‘Reflexive Strength training’
There are two main reflex patterns built into sprinting.
1. Crossed extensor reflex
2. Stumble reflex
This is my first time trying the exercise so I need to brush up on my technique. #Franzbosch#strengthandconditioning
Hypertrophy is similar when training to failure with loads that allow between 5 and 30 reps to be achieved in each set, but why this happens is unclear. My suggestion is that these sets all involve a similar number of stimulating reps, regardless of the load.
