@Fossil@FossilGroup Sent my watch for a link to be repaired. Came back 4 weeks later in 2 pieces.. Don't worry though! Offered me 20% off (even though I would still have a functioning watch in 1 piece if it wasn't for them). I can get 15% off if I simply register my email. AVOID
Spent 4 weeks waiting, £5 on postage and ended up with a watch in 2 pieces (unwearable) despite being sent in 1... and without a 3 watch leather case I had sent the watch in (Cost me £40 and has been discarded by @Fossil@FossilGroup ) PLEASE AVOID

Please avoid using @Fossil when purchasing watches or for watch service/repairs. I sent a Skagen watch to the Fossil Group in a leather watch box (to safeguard in the post) with a slightly loose link to be fixed/tightened. The watch was returned in two pieces and without the box
