Luke Sampe

A father, husband, met. This is my personal X account - I don't just stick to weather. WI homer sports takes only. My happy place is anywhere on the water.

If a meteorologist adjusts a forecast based on new data, that doesn’t mean said meteorologist is wrong.

That means the meteorologist is doing their job.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@wiscofan5 Valid points

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

Can we talk about WIAA NOT moving playoff football games off of Brewers World Series game 1?

[Milwaukee Brewers @Brewers]

When you believe in something hard enough...great things can happen

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@BlatzBeerLover Driving back at 9:30 3.5 hours isn’t gonna be fun for sure for those folks regardless.

A number of years ago West De Pere had to play level 1 out in New Richmond or somewhere near there.

My son got back after 2am.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@slimshady752398 @AMarawakis @CurdSports Why are you assuming that I’m saying this has to be a Saturday? Just move games up a few hours,

[William Contreras @Wcontreras42]

OK @BREWERS FAMILY…. READ THIS THEN LOCK IN @PlayersTribune

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

A thing of beauty.

[Curt Hogg @CyrtHogg]

Did you think you would ever see the day?

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@AMarawakis @CurdSports Ricky, this isn't a novel idea. Moving up the start time to the games is a very viable option.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Thee_SamMalone That’s gonna be a tough one because there will be many phones tuned in.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@JimmyJoeOskola @Omar54724 @rteetz I really am not pushing for a Saturday game. Moving start time up would be a help for many.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Omar54724 @rteetz I know, not the same. The good news is there's another game Saturday evening, but there's nothing like the first game in a series.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Turtle_Titts You twitter handle made me laugh outloud.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@JimmyJoeOskola Agree, moving now is not an option.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@2010CoreyHart @EVonOSRS One thing I am not complaining about is your twitter handle. Top Notch.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Omar54724 @rteetz 🤣Am I being whiny? Probably, I just want to watch WDP/Kimberly AND watch every pitch of the first World Series for the first time in 44 years for the Brewers.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@petek0421 I will be at the WDP game.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@EVonOSRS No, we don't

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@CurdSports be like what?

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@loeper14 I am sure you're correct in that, but I'd bet the majority of people would like to watch their kids play a playoff high school football game and take in the first world series (or even go to it) in 44 years.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Omar54724 @rteetz Literally any time other than 7pm Friday.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Omar54724 @rteetz This is where we circle back to the original thought of the post.

Once the brewers clinched - decisions could have been made.

The WIAA literally dictates everything else in playoffs.

[Luke Sampe @LukeSampe]

@Omar54724 @rteetz Very true
