Here are 33 side quests to complete before July:
1. Visit a part of your own city you've never been to.
This is the part we gotta remember man. Not being able to see your house again is crazy. Kind of a sad story. Yes they are getting paid millions, yes it’s apart of the biz. all of that is true. But athletes are still humans man.
You are more in control of your life than you think. At any moment, you can start making better decisions. You can take accountability for your life. You can reject the victim mentality. You can refuse to place the blame on anyone else for where you are. You can be radically honest about what's required for you to dig yourself out of the hole you're in. Life begins anew the moment you accept that you can save yourself.
If you tell yourself that you don’t have the money or time to go to the gym…
But find yourself spending $100+ on drinks every every weekend going out.
You don’t need more time or more money to get in shape. You need to make different decisions.
If you’re feeling hungry/having cravings, the best thing you can do is drink 8-12oz of water, wait 10 minutes, then check in with yourself to see if you’re TRULY hungry
I don't know who needs to hear this but you won't lose the weight until you fix your relationship with food.
We need to go from eating food for enjoyment to eating for nourishment.
