Pretty hectic personal weekend ahead for me… However, it’s upsetting to find out through other “bots” that “Any Shot Live” is no longer up and functional. This still hasn’t been addressed publicly by the @livgolf_league comms team. Failing to inform their customer base about changes in advance is an epic failure. These actions hurt customer retention and loyalty while missing an opportunity to offer something like a merch discount to members no longer getting the full subscription experience.

Losing funding and being unable to maintain the expense of such an endeavor (estimated 5M per event) is somewhat understandable, but not sending an email to subscribers or posting about it is inexcusable. Not much to say but be better.
