ایڈووکیٹ ایمان مزاری اور حادی علی نے غریب بچوں کے کیس لے کر اس کا دھندہ بند کر دیا۔ تمام عدالتی کارروائی بدلہ لینے کے لیے کی گئی اور سب نے دیکھا کہ کن کے اشاروں پر ناچتے ہوئے اسی جج نے انسانی حقوق کے بہادر وکلا کو مضحکہ خیز اور شرمناک عدالتی کارروائی کے بعد سزا سنائی۔

آئینی بینچ کے سربراہ جسٹس سلیم جیسر نے سابق چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ کا سوموٹو نوٹس غیر موثر قرار دیدیا ،عدالت نے مقتول کی والدہ کی جانب سے لاش کی بازیابی سے متعلق درخواست خارج کردی
آئینی بینچ کے سربراہ جسٹس محمد سلیم جیسر نے قرار دیا کہ 2023 میں اس وقت کے چیف جسٹس سندھ ہائی کورٹ نے ازخود نوٹس لیتے ہوئے درخواست کو آئینی درخواست میں تبدیل کردیا تھا، 26 ویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد ہائی کورٹس کے ازخود اختیارات ختم ہوچکے ہیں، موجودہ صورتحال میں ازخود نوٹس کیس غیر موثر ہوچکا ہے

HRCP is deeply concerned by reports of the forcible takeover of Ewing Hall, a building of historical, educational, and cultural significance in Lahore long associated with @FCCollege. The college authorities allege that they were issued an abrupt deadline by the Punjab government to vacate the premises, without meaningful consultation or adequate opportunity to safeguard historical materials.

This raises serious questions about transparency, due process, and the stewardship of shared heritage. Any decision affecting sites of such significance must not be taken unilaterally or under conditions that create the risk of irreversible loss. Given concerns that the building may be altered or demolished, the physical integrity of Ewing Hall must be protected at all costs.

FCC had already ruled that supremacy in constitutional adjudication now vests in it, and that all courts, including the Supreme Court, are bound by its pronouncements.

Legal experts believe that a clear divergence has emerged in the jurisprudence developed by the FCC and the Supreme Court following the 27th Constitutional Amendment.

The two courts have already expressed conflicting views on the government's wedlock policy. The Supreme Court has held that the policy creates a legitimate expectation for married civil servants that they will be accommodated, rather than being subjected to arbitrary deviation without justification.

In contrast, the FCC has ruled that the wedlock policy cannot be used as grounds for indefinite posting and does not create any vested right.

Similarly, while the Supreme Court on May 12 directed the IHC to decide the Imaan Mazari case within a specified timeframe, the FCC's recent judgment indicates disagreement with such an approach, particularly where deadlines are imposed on high courts for deciding matters
