Good intentions I am sure but betting is an inherent part of the history of the @Stawell_Gift (the sport was literally built on it) & as such an exemption should be made. Gout Gout is a phenomenon & being able to bet on him would add to the excitement and be a nod to history.

@PeachCobblin 100%. Speaking of broadcasting, the improvement in picture quality has really helped me enjoy the game. Back in the pre HD days I could barely follow what was going on bc I found it so hard to keep my eye on the puck. Can see it & the punch on’s more clearly now which is great

@oilers_life @IcyVert The sports got me now. Been to a couple of games and felt like I was watching Australian rules on ice with action everywhere & dudes smashing into each other. Aussies rules said goodbye to punch on’s about 15 yrs ago so it’s awesome to see that hockey has kept it alive!
