But i also disagree this is designed to curtail speech, i genuinely believe this is to give easier access to data relating to illegal activity such as national security threats or child abuse etc.

@RugbyInsideLine I struggle to see how that’s even reckless. I can guarantee that knees & elbows end up in faces at rucks. If that’s reckless essentially you’re not allowed to clear out anymore. All the best to the injured player but I can’t see how outcome is a factor in this.
