Today is a big day for Red Wagon Ventures (of Chick-fil-A) as we introduce a brand in Home Services for the first time.
Acrew extends remarkable service and care to busy customers in a space where trust matters deeply: home repair and maintenance.

I'm writing on substack. Today's post: A Success Manifesto. I'm aiming for brief, not boring, and useful, and at best I achieved 2/3 this time!

@BowTiedBroke Broke - I have a few cabins outside Gatlinburg and am sitting on some beautiful land next to them. Didn’t get the whole mountain.. but have a ridge! Intending to build in the next 1-2 years. Have been vetting out builders. Do you work with end users?
Planned and led by members of CGA’s committees, Session 3 of the CGA & GAWDA Young and Emerging Professionals Summit, will discuss Climate and Environmental Impacts for a Better Future, and the Future of Sustainability. #YEPS23

@BowTiedBroke Just picked up land in Gatlinburg and looking for good builder in the Smokies. Any recommendations? Own two cabins next door currently.
Also from Atlanta - love the content!

@tyannmarcink Had the exact same request this weekend. Suggesting screen casting is a viable backup option. With their phone on wifi guest won’t burn cellular data. Keep the pin safe!!
@SeanODowd15 @pondering_ideaz Cool thanks for feedback Sean! Yes to me biggest downside was always risk, would want mortgage to be stomach-able on given income. Location is a great point. Totally situational.
@SeanODowd15 @pondering_ideaz Could you not buy an affordable primary (equivalent to the rental you’d purchase) with as little as 3.5% down, live for a year, move out and rent. Rinse and repeat? Of course cash flow needs to be there but does this strategy not take less cash and accomplish the same goal?
@JackBarnett101 @tyannmarcink@Airbnb Guess I’m not going it alone.. Thanks both of you for the feedback! Bad business for Airbnb, no emotional intelligence involved in the discussion unfortunately.
@JackBarnett101 @tyannmarcink@Airbnb This completely alienates aircover from being used if the guest can leave a negative review and be found at fault. Several convos with Airbnb and nothing. Anyone ever navigate a situation like this? Thanks 😊
@JackBarnett101 @tyannmarcink@Airbnb Have to jump in here and seek some advice. Guest brought a dog that damaged some property (no pets) and we requested aircover. They immediately left a 1 star review simply reading “terrible”. Airbnb honored the aircover but will not remove the review.
@JackBarnett101 @RyanDanz @markjenney Hah lucky us! Everything is “policy” based. Even with proof of damage and neglect. Lesson learned - not worth filing air cover. Will continue on the old fashioned way with constant calls to CS🤞🏼
