Power and Speed day! 6x2 on squats; top set 405. Also, 3x3 power cleans paired with some box jumps. Finished off with some 3x6 on lateral lunges and 3x6 single leg RDLs. Worked up to 120 feet today for throwing and some light flat ground work.
