I knew Arrowhead would be a tough go tonight.
However, what I didn’t know is that we’d witness a product that is blatantly and legitimately skewed, called-in, and written to produce favoritism for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Anyone who doesn’t get it by now is in denial. Gross.
As the dust settles on a tough Super Bowl loss, it’ll probably take some time to appreciate the historical run from the Chiefs. And they’ll surely keep adding to this resume. But some context into just how unprecedented their last three years were:
- 49 wins (most ever in a 3-season span, including playoffs)
- Back-to-back Super Bowls + a third straight appearance (first team to do so… none of previous 7 teams made it back for a 3rd SB… and 3 of those teams missed the playoffs.)
- KC had 9 playoff wins in both 2021-23 & 2022-24 (both are tied with each other for most ever in a 3-year span)
- @PatrickMahomes is most accomplished QB before 30 — 5 more wins than Brady, 21 more TDs than anyone else.
- @tkelce surpassed Jerry Rice for the all-time record for most career playoff receptions.
Dennis Gates is a national coach of the year candidate. Missouri just went to Starkville and beat Mississippi State 88-61! Caleb Grill was scalding hot with 20. Tigers are 17-4 on the year and one of the biggest surprises in college basketball.
I get so irrationally annoyed by people complaining about the Chiefs and the refs that it’s made me root for them. Hating a team just because they are good is so pathetic. Step back and appreciate the dynasty we’re watching
#NFL IS SOOOOOOOO RIGGED FOR THE #CHIEFS!
How does a fumble recovery for a touchdown for the #Texans magically transform into an incomplete pass and a bullshit roughing the passer penalty against #Mahomes?
Ridiculous!!! You can’t make this up.
