I 100% agree. I feel that immigrants are being treated unfairly & inhumanely. Immigrants should not be dying in ICE custody. Instead, they should be getting the assistance they need to be able to live in our country. #swo332

We live in a country that stands on the idea of being “free” but it is very difficult for people to express who they are & feel “free” if they are being discriminated for being themselves. #swo332

However you choose to identify is your personal choice & you should not be penalized for it. The amount of hate crimes that are made against LGBTQIAP+ people is an upsetting statistic & the amount of discrimination they receive is not okay. #swo332

I believe that sexuality education should be taught about in schools. If more people are aware & educated on the matter there would be more respect towards LGBTQIAP+ people because more people would become aware of the discrimination they face & want to reach out & help. #swo332

@ProfDente One important idea that stuck with me the most through the readings was that there are numerous LGBTQIAP+ people who are in an economic crisis or facing poverty because of factors directly relating to their race, ethnicity, sexual identity, & gender identity. #swo332
