Last week, Luis represented Defactor at ETH Pura Vida in Costa Rica, speaking on a panel about RWA Tokenization.

The panel introduced the @RISE Project—a collaboration between TEC University and Costa Rica’s Ministry of Housing.

Led by Karla Córdoba of the Blockchain Association, Luis joined Mauricio Arroyo from RISE and Web3 regulation expert Jose M Zamora to discuss the benefits, challenges, and legal aspects of RWA tokenization.
