The action taken by govt to switch off Tv stations is a very bold step in the wrong direction. It takes us back to the dark days of protects the rights and interests of a sitting government. Legal policy framework over this has to be reviewed.

Eg. Demarcate residential land from agricultural land. People are madly selling land in Trans Nzoia in points limiting the space for farming
