Kenya is Primarily 80 percent Agriculture. How we CANNOT Manufacture our own FERTILIZER 63 years after independence, but can build a 40 billion shillings conference centre NEEDS a case study.
A school in Kenya that harvests over 2 million liters of rainwater every year.
The roof is the water system. The stadium seats 1,500 and collects 1.5 million liters on its own. Classrooms face inward toward agriculture courtyards where students grow their own food.
Girls who spent hours fetching water now attend school. Attendance hit 95%.
This is what architecture looks like when it solves the actual problem.

Every year during the Safari Rally Kenya in Naivasha, thousands of fans focus on the cars, dust and speed. But there’s a strange story locals sometimes talk about. Something that allegedly happens late at night after the rally stages close. After the rally crowds leave and the roads go quiet, some locals say they occasionally see convoys of vehicles driving into restricted sections of the rally routes. Not rally cars. Plain black SUVs. The strange part?
These convoys reportedly show up long after the rally organizers and teams have already left the area. No media. No fans. Just headlights moving through the dust. Some people claim these vehicles head toward the more remote areas near the rift valley escarpment around Naivasha. Places that rally spectators normally don’t go at night. A few locals who work night shifts around the lake say the convoys sometimes stop for a while. Then suddenly all the lights go off. About 20–30 minutes later the vehicles reportedly leave again, driving back toward the highway like nothing happened. Of course, there could be normal reasons for this security patrols, government vehicles, or logistics teams checking rally routes. But the timing always seems oddly late. One theory floating around online is that major international events sometimes attract more than just motorsport fans. Security agencies from different countries often quietly operate in the background. Which raises a curious question. During huge global events like the Safari Rally Kenya. How much activity happens behind the scenes that the public never notices? Next time you’re watching the rally in Naivasha and the crowds go home. Just remember: The dust might settle on the track…
But the night in Naivasha might not be as quiet as it looks.
Please change your name to IsraelEmbassyKE or something. The name "Israel in Kenya" suggests that all Kenyans endorse jews. Which is not the case.
Fuck Israel!
Nobody tells you that some of your biggest milestones happen quietly. No party. No post. Just you, standing in your kitchen, realizing you finally feel okay.
South B-Nairobi has witnessed unprecedented mysterious-blackouts lately.Besides the influx of high-rise blocs why do landlords risk their tenants lives to such #EMF dangers in this modern era recklessly?

I too am 37. One of the biggest things I’ve discovered is that the path to peace is not intense introspection, it’s activity. One full, productive day results in better emotions than hours of self-exploration

Tale has it that the man eaters of Tsavo were MEN. Sent by the Wazee wa Taita (Waghosi wa Isanga) to defend their country. It is believed that some section of the Wadawida had powers of sending animals to people. Like Buffalo, Elephants....
That aside, where are the remains of the lions?. Taita Taveta County has plenty of history and artifacts which can be a big boost to tourism.

People who want to write really well, write often.
People who speak really well, speak often.
The reason why most people don’t speak as well as they write, is because they don’t speak as often.
I write well enough, but I’m very well aware that the reason I also speak well is because I practice speaking,
And that’s one of the beautiful things about growth: you get good at the things you practice and improve on.
Read a lot. Increase your learning diet. Watch documentaries on business, marketing psychology, startups, finance, investing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions etc.
I’ve been consuming content like this before it became popular to do so.

The concept of high-end tourism as a source of national revenue needs to be dismantled. It's built on land grabs and high end hotels that cost $3,500 (450,000) a night, paid into bank accounts abroad (not even here). It divides Kenya into two: 1) places where us "natives" struggle to survive and 2) places where wazungu can enjoy wildlife without having to meet an African who is not serving them. To promote this kind of Teddy Roosevelt tourism, the Kenya government actively boasts that colonialism has never left. This kind of tourism is unacceptable in the 21st century.

Leo i took my old man for admission at KU Referral Hospital for an endoscopy. Ahead of us was an elderly man, after his appointment, I overheard him tell his daughter in Kikuyu, “We can’t afford the procedure, let me go rest at home as I wait for my day.”
That one cut deep.
Healthcare should be affordable for everyone. An example, the two items below cost almost 40k, excluding other procedures barely covered by SHA. It’s insane.
