Gorsuch dissent is like only two pages long but it’s hilarious, he’s effectively arguing it’s fine to withhold birthright citizenship to temporary visitors but *not* to illegal immigrants, an answer that pleases exactly no one and might be the worst possible one. Never change, Neil
