Moving forward I would have BSF playing a majority of the TE snaps. I would stop using 12-personnel as much. I would cut #30. I would have Lawrence playing over 7 or 6. I would have Downs at nickel with JPJ and Durant/Speed outside. I would be blitzing A LOT more. Pretty simple, straight forward moves.
