What is going on with the Binance PizzaDay event?

Yesterday Binance fixed many “Not Eligible” accounts, but now the same issue has started again. Even old, fully eligible accounts are getting “Rewards Failed” without any valid reason.

This is unacceptable. Users followed the rules, used one account per device, and still got disqualified or failed rewards.

If this continues, how can users trust future Binance events?

A significant number of Binance users from Bangladesh are currently experiencing the same unexpected issue while attempting to participate in Binance campaigns, promotions, and reward programs.

The message shown is:

“Disqualified Account Detected — Unfortunately, because you have violated Binance’s Terms of Use, you cannot participate in campaigns or receive rewards.”

Many affected users strongly believe they have not intentionally violated any Binance policies or Terms of Use. Despite using Binance normally, they are suddenly being restricted from joining campaigns and receiving rewards.

Since this issue appears to be affecting a large number of users from Bangladesh, we respectfully request the Binance team to conduct a proper investigation and provide a clear explanation regarding these restrictions.

If there has been any misunderstanding, system error, or regional issue, we kindly ask Binance to review the affected accounts fairly and restore access for eligible users.

Bangladeshi users have always been active supporters of the Binance ecosystem, and we sincerely hope this matter will receive proper attention and resolution.
