I just want to say some things are better kept private like your relationship: past, present, or future.

You should love and protect the privacy of someone you were once intimate with and loved. It takes two to tango, that means you have a part in your relationship like setting boundaries and enforcing them.

No matter how bad my past relationships got with men I deeply loved, I have never once thought about publicly shaming, embarrassing, or making them out to be the villain.

I’ve been on the opposite side and I see the victim mentality behind it. Learn how to forgive their imperfections, be accountable for yours, and let the past stay where it belongs.

God put Moses through a season in the wilderness for 40 years to build and refine his character to lead the Jews out of Egypt. He sent Jesus into the desert for 40 days and nights then tested him before he began his ministry. The isolation period is real and draws us closer to YHWH! Amen!
