@RapidResponse47@SecRollins This will never work if someone doesn't control the pricing of SNAP approved foods, and we who pay cash will also be paying increased prices because of this. The snacks/cokes are huge money makers for grocery stores, especially when hamburger is 8.99 per lb vs a $3 tv dinner.
@WallStreetApes This is counted as shrink for the store. Shrink is subtracted from the stores gross income. Labor is based on the stores gross income. Less income=less labor. Employees now get less hours. Walmart suffered no loss, but your fellow people did. Thanks. Asshat.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone Not familiar with either of these people, or even Hasan, I was only here for the dog bc of course the internet showed me a million times. I did however want to see for myself in case people were jumping on a hate train as they do. And it seems both are true, at least to me.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone What’s more telling is the clip where he looks at her and she self corrects back to place. It’s unethical to ask a dog to place for hours with no stimulation. Sooooo boring and leads to destructive behaviors.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone As someone who’s seen hundreds of hours + personal experience, I truly believe he did pop her. If caught unaware, even low level stim can make a dog yelp in surprise, like we saw.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone The hardware for old collars was atrocious, literally dumping a capacitor’s worth of power into the dog at once and im so thankful for new tech, I genuinely hope this doesn’t lead to fallout for those of us who use it responsibly. He needs training on how to use it, even vibrate.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone Very interesting read ty. I did go with the Martin System Chameleon IV. He’s saying a level 1 on collar A isn’t the same as a level 1 on collar B or C, etc. I was saying he didn’t use his correctly even if only using vibrate, and that they all work on the same premise, TENS.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone Yes I did. It says what I’ve already stated. Newer collars offer greater control of levels. The biggest change was in how it’s used, hence the new term “electronic collar”. “Shock collar” has a bad connotation. Still a TENS unit. Shock: 10-20 levels. Ecollar:1-100 levels.
@Agath_Lord@Tectone Same TENS unit, but better control of levels for refined training, as well as a shift to force free training now days. There are no deep tissue collars, unless you count the one that’s attached to a chair.
