Can we just get our money back??? It is against the EU consumer law to deny customers their refund for a service that YOU failed to provide. Pictures of the disgusting food are in a different reply.

@MarleySpoonNL to our emails/calls for a refund. Today (26-08-2024), we suddenly get a mealbox out of nowhere. The box was soaking wet, everything including the meat, eggs, vegetables, etc. were frozen. The vegetables were so soggly and disgusting. Literally unusable. (2/?)

@GtzFrmming Partner hat "irgendwas mit Medien" studiert und verdient ca. 3400 Euro brutto als Berufseinsteiger. Kann die Heizungsbranche solche Gehälter zahlen? Ich denke eher nicht. Es gibt keinen Fachkräftemangel, es gibt einen Mangel an fairer Bezahlung.

@pixieeelocks Master student in (social) psychology here, this is absolutely disgusting and I am so sorry...In clinical courses we talk about real life cases but patient names are always anonymized and the lectures are never recorded because of privacy issues!! like wtf
