依頼されて描いた絵、著作権は基本的に依頼主じゃなくて描いた人にあるよ
「金払ったんだから、あとは好きに使い放題！」
というわけではないことは、描く側も知っておいたほうがいいね

というのも

・制作の対価と、著作権を譲り渡す対価は別の概念
・本来は依頼する時点で「SNS掲載用」「商品化用」「広告用」みたいに用途を決めておくもの
・決めた用途以外で使うなら、本来は別途許諾か追加料金の話になる

つまり著作権も譲り渡すならそういう取り決めをして、
依頼料に対価を上乗せするのがセオリーってこと

しかし描く側も依頼する側も知識がないと
依頼料＝制作の対価という認識しかなくて、
著作権についての決め事がすっぽ抜けることがある

「SNS用って言われて描いたのに、いつの間にかグッズにも使われてる…😓」
みたいなことが起きるのはこういうときよね

依頼主も悪意があるわけじゃなくて
単純に↑のようなことを知らなかっただけってパターンが多いんだと思う

だからこそ描く側がちゃんと知識をつけておけば
こういう悲しい事故は減ると思うんだ😌

If I truly only believed Christianity because I was raised in it, I would have turned my back on God and religion entirely years ago.

I had horrible examples of Christians growing up - a community of backstabbing, hypocritical missionaries at worst and lukewarm believers at best.
My mom used God and the Bible to manipulate me and guilt me until I hated everything about myself.
My dad went to church on Sundays while cussing and blaspheming God the rest of the week.

Honestly, out of every single person in my life, it has been the Christians that have hurt me the most.

If there wasn't something real to God, if I hadn't experienced something that was clearly more than the religion I had been taught, I would be the most emphatic atheist and probably blasting Christians on Twitter right now for being stupid. Or I'd be dead, because it was only God that got me through 5 years of being suicidal.

I promise you, burnt out Christians and those who've walked away from the church, God is very real. He loves you deeply. Just give Him a chance to show Himself to you and it will be greater than anything you have seen yet ❤️
