@zomatocare @deepigoyal Paid a premium for a salad that was stale, smelly & unsafe (raw spinach in monsoon, 20‑day‑old cucumbers, old quinoa, bad tofu) + delivered 1.5 hrs late. Raised complaint w/ pics & videos, no resolution. This is pathetic. Have some accountability.

Living beyond Borivali or Dahisar feels like a punishment for Western Line commuters. Please address this issue—it’s painful, unsafe, and deeply unfair.

Make it better please, revisit the train timings and frequencies, both in morning and evening. #mumbailocal

@zomatocare I ordered Paneer Palak from from Zomato, but there's hardly any paneer in it, this is fooling the customers, over that the gravy also had a hair and a black thread in it.. Kindly look into this and issue me a refund first of all.

@zomatocare my friend ordered pastry, cheesecake and ice-cream for me from @SweetTruthIndia and both the pastry and cheesecake are totally spoilt and are tasting horrible. The worst part is that my friend is not able to raise it to customer care at Zomato, kindly look into this.

I ordered pizza on @zomato from a nearby restaurant Pizza Bite in Vasai and this is how it came. When tried reaching out customer, all they said is they regret any inconvenience caused. @zomatocare I ordered these pizzas for some lovely guests at my home, got no #resolution
