Sony can’t catch a break! GOG posted a statement on X regarding the important of discs for video games, amidst Sony’s attempt at ending physical media🚀

“Download the offline installer of any of your games on GOG, save it to a disc, and it's yours forever. You don't need a storefront's permission to play what you bought.”

✅GOG is known for their DRM-free games which become yours once you buy them

✅They allow you to download offline installers for every game, and even copy it on a disc to keep it forever

I ordered them just a few days before the "no disc announcement"

Hurts my heart seeing those little consoles - all coming with tiny discs 🥺😭💔
