What’s truly baffling is how I applied for an eSIM nearly a month ago and have received no resolution even after reaching out through every available channel. This reflects poorly on Airtel's service standards.

It’s baffling that a simple Tier 2 to Tier 3 upgrade request on Smartcash would take so long. If handling digital banking demands is proving difficult, I'd suggest you consider focusing on physical banking instead.
