How many devs have promised they're going to save the Solana trenches?
How many freakin launchpads ended up extracting from the same people they claimed to protect?
My big mouth got my main account suspended. Will that stop me? No. Should I be a little more careful this time? Probably.
Lunchbox isn't a big middle finger to every other launch mechanism.
But it is a middle finger to some of the shit crypto decided was normal.
Bundles. Insiders. Bad actors. KOLs screaming “community” into the timeline and then dumping on the same people who trusted them. Launches where the first block decides who gets in. No meaningful wallet caps. Speed and coordination beating everyone else before the market even really opens.
And let's be real about volume.
Volume matters. But when more volume = more fees, don't be surprised when the mechanism starts optimizing for activity instead of better launches.
I'm not here to tell you WE'VE SOLVED IT.
We haven't.
No “https://t.co/Ix1KzppibJ killer.”
No “100% fair.”
No magical anti-bot bullshit.
I just got tired of hating the same things for years and doing nothing about them.
So we're building a different opening.
Protected openings. Progressive wallet caps. Deterministic clearing. No creator allocation. Rules designed to make coordinated concentration slower, pre-funded and less capital-efficient.
Can people still try to game it?
Absolutely.
They should.
I want them to try.
There is no token to buy. We're not mainnet live. There isn't some giant KOL campaign waiting around the corner.
If you're reading this before anyone gives a shit about Lunchbox, good.
You'll know you were here before they did.
Every launch is a Table.
@tontheneko reducing PVP is the right goal.
but if the underlying mechanism still rewards constant launches, speed and churn, adding another layer may just rearrange the PVP.
change the incentives, not just the mode
@bandosei@trader1sz if you need to bundle just to compete, bundling stopped being an exploit and became part of the launch meta.
that's a design problem
ROOM CLOSED.
48 hours. Hundreds of replies. And apparently Solana is extremely tired of bundles 😭
Too many good replies to fairly pick “the best” three tho
So we drew randomly from valid entries

@imperooterxbt lol..the real issue isn't that every KOL is evil
it's that too many launch structures make it easy for promotion
positioning and exit liquidity to line up perfectly
don't fix the influencer. fix the opening 😁
@bubblemaps@frankdegods Bubblemaps can show you the bundle after the fact
we'd rather make building that concentration harder before the market even opens
detection matters. mechanism design has to do more ;)
@imperooterxbt the market doesn't need another conspiracy theory to explain why this feels broken
bundles, insider positioning, first-block advantage and fee models that reward endless churn are enough
bad incentives scale surprisingly well.
change the mechanism
@flukypeace exactly. i'd stop just short of “unprofitable” .. markets will always look for an edge.
the goal is to make coordination slower, pre funded and increasingly less capital efficient.
that's the fight
30 people found Lunchbox before almost anyone knew we existed.
Nice. Let's find the rest who are sick of the same shit.
We're giving away 3 SOL.

Bundles? Insiders? Snipers? KOLs dumping on followers?
Don't give us the polite answer ;)
Lunchbox is building protected openings, progressive caps and deterministic clearing.
We're done pretending this shit is normal.
We're early. Very early.
Let's see who's in the room. 👇
Winners in 48h. Announced here. We won't DM you first.
@redemptionjizzy deploying another launchpad is getting cheaper by the day
designing a better opening isn't
if the same speed, bundle and concentration advantages survive underneath, you didn't really change the mechanism. you changed the wrapper
@tontheneko you absolutely can change the rules.
you just have to redesign the opening instead of decorating the same curve with buybacks, burns and airdrops.
protected openings. progressive caps. deterministic clearing.
that's the interesting part
@SamuelDivine18 100%.
Solana doesn’t have to keep the launch mechanics it inherited.
today’s launchpads aren’t the destination. there’s still a lot left to redesign
@amaloversclub this is also why “cheap token creation” and “good launch design” aren't automatically the same goal.
lowering creation friction is useful. but if the result is infinite disposable launches competing for the same attention, serious projects pay that cost too
