@OrwellNGoode No, you see, it doesn't work because dad's being a hard @$$. It works because there is the implications that there is a time for that. It isn't suppression of emotion but allowing expression of emotion in a safe place, and the baby must trust in that.

@BenjaminEPark Which makes total sense. It examines a probability distribution of the next word given the previous words. It doesn't think, it doesn't analyze. So higher level learning objectives should continue to work (for now).

@BenjaminEPark I asked it to perform a task from my research methods class, finding a meta-analysis and describing it in specific ways. It produced a very good answer but when I checked the article didn't exist. Instead of analyzing an article, it invented a plausible sounding one.

@burnerusmnt I played pickup with someone like him. You'd pass him the ball, turn up field, and run run run until he could shoot way off target. People would learn to not pass to him- it's no fun and unproductive
