I spent 12 years studying in Newcastle & passed my matric with distinction.

I learnt years after that that the richest people in Newcastle are in farming, coal mining, textiles, chemicals manufacturing & steel manufacturing.

All of this is not taught at school. The things that drive the Newcastle economy are not taught in the schools in Newcastle.

This is what's wrong with the schooling system.
