Therefore they can’t assist with my cold drink. I was also told the head office ordered them to not include condiments unless the customer asks yet the meals have soulfire as 1 of the items and how do you expect us to eat bland chips if you won’t provide salt and ketchup

@ChickenLickenSA I ordered 2 meals which both have chips and 1 had cold drink. Went to pick up my order. When I got home there are no condiments and my half litre coke is not in the pack. I then called the shop only to be told the lady who was packing my order is out on lunch

Londie deserves her flowers for this one. 👏🏾 She held it TEN TOES, stayed professional and kept asking the right questions even when the conversation was getting unnecessarily messy.
